  • What items do you clean?

We specialize in deep cleaning strollers, car seats, high chairs, bassinets, bouncers and other baby gear.

  • Are your cleaning products safe for children?

Yes! We only use non-toxic, baby-safe cleaning products that are tough on dirt but gentle for your little ones like Castile Soap, unscented cleaners and stain remover, no acid, no ammonia, no bleach.

  • How long does the cleaning process take?

Most items are ready within 24–48 hours. We’ll give you a clear time estimate when you book.

  • Do you offer pick-up and delivery?

Yes! We offer convenient pick-up and delivery services for an additional fee. Contact us for availability in your area.

  • What if my gear is heavily stained?

We do our absolute best to remove all stains and odors. While we can't guarantee complete stain removal, we always aim for the best possible results.

  • Can you clean expired or damaged car seats?

For safety reasons, we do not service expired, recalled, or structurally damaged car seats. We recommend checking your seat’s expiration date before booking.

  • How often should I have my stroller or car seat cleaned?

We recommend professional cleaning every 3–6 months, or more frequently if spills, illness, or heavy use occur.

  • Are there any additional fees I should know about?

A $30 additional fee applies to items that are extremely dirty, moldy, or have been affected by potty or vomit accidents.

  • Can you refuse an item for cleaning?

The Purple Stroller reserves the right to refuse any items we consider too moldy or hazardous to handle safely. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize health and safety.

  • Do you uninstall or reinstall car seats?

We do not uninstall or reinstall car seats. All car seats must be removed from the vehicle by the owner prior to service.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
